Xbox series X FPS will be horrible @ 4k. (latest consoles)
Does anyone have bad performance on Xbox series X just in the loading screen?
Out of the box the game has 30-45 FPS on low settings on the Xbox series X console. With FSR (I assume its only 2.0) you get 60 FPS on balanced with reduced image quality. Again this is only in the loading screen, so imagine in game with all the spell effects... it will be far far less FPS. To even play on a console you will have to enable dynamic resolution or FSR on Performance, which causes a big loss in texture quality. PoE 2 is not on ps4 or Xbox one? Do you mean Series X?
Also I played PoE on series x the last few years. Only issues was juiced mapping. That is why I switched to ps5 pro for PoE 2. I think PoE 2 will run better as it seems to be tuned down from loot, mobs, and pace. |

" Sorry I meant Xbox Series X (latest one). You can pre-download POE 2 and boot up the game. Thats why I can see the FPS on my TV with it's FPS counter. Last edited by mugetz#7617 on Dec 4, 2024, 5:02:11 PM

" That is correct, but same thing can be said for PC's. If you don't own a 4090, you are gaming on a potato. |
