hey everyone! So excited about poe 2 soon! let's go!
My question is this... I read that there was a patch or would be soon that will allow you to transfer your MTX once from one account on to another ex (Pc to Xbox) account or to connect them or something like that. First of all I want to know if I am understanding that correctly, and if not then what did the new patch add/change? If it is how it works... My question is how does that process work and where do I need to go in order to do that? Thank you! I appreciate you guys and can't wait to dive into Poe 2 soon! Have a great day everyone! You're able to find out everything you need to know about our account changes by checking out our Forum post on Changes to Accounts. We are able to merge microtransactions between sub-accounts as a one-time customer service gesture if both sub-accounts pre-date the account changes we put in place on 18/11/2024, and are on separate platforms (such as Xbox and PC). If your sub-accounts meet these criteria, we may be able to look into this for you, however we are unable to merge points from one sub-account to another.
