Purchased XBOX Ea pack, no EA access on account
Good day to all. I purchased the XBOX EA pack on my account.
First, it was not giving even points, so I logged in to POE1. After that points were granted, and the system message about purchase was in the message box. The question is that okay that my account still shows an not eligible for EA? Does anyone also have the same situation and maybe have some insights? The support is swamped and not responding like 3 days. Last bumped on Dec 6, 2024, 8:33:18 PM

" The Eligibility message on your account on the PoE website is only for PC. You could buy 3,000 early access packs on console and it'll still say you haven't got access. |

" So I'm okay? Friday night totems go brrr.? |

If you purchased your EA pack on the platform you want to play on then you're good to go.

I bought a pack on steam and then a pack on Xbox because I plan to play on both platforms. How do I ensure that everything is good to go from both? I don't want to have some coins on one system and others on another. I want to play the same characters on both systems during early access as I travel often.

" If you have poe2 in library on steam and xbox evrething is ok. You should also make sure that your Steam and Xbox accounts are linked (in your profile on the website) if you want to use the cross-progression feature. |

So you went to xbox.com and signed into your Xbox account and then bought the $30 key? I hope so because that's about the only way I can think of that you can buy early access on a PC for the Xbox.
