Supporter Packs on Xbox

SO, I bought the Liberator Wraeclast pack on my xbox before making a path of exile account. Once I made an account, I linked it to my Microsoft account. Despite linking my accounts, it says on the path of exile website that I don't have access to the game's EA. I have not gotten any email regarding the EA KEYS and was wondering if and how they will be sent to me?
