Demon form and CI

So from the description of demon form it looks like you can't use CI, since it puts your life at 1 and demon form cancels when you're at 1 life or am I missing something?

you are suppose to do hybrid with this demon form but right now i heard it has a bug where your weapon is disabled in demon form so unless they fix it that demon form is terrible or maybe its a feature if it is then that form is just really bad wich is sad becuz it looks aamzing

If that's the case and demon form is bugged then I might go Chronomancer, looks really fun. It's kinda sad that we can't do CI with both witch ascendancies. I was looking forward to my CI demon lady

Demon Form is a shapeshifting, so it forces you to swap weapons to the third weapon set (empty hands). That's by design.

Right, you can't use Demon Form with CI.

Also bear in mind it wouldn't work even if you were at 2 life. Demon Form causes you to "lose life" not "take damage."
