How to go about account name change? Please help.

Really would like to change my account name and was wondering if there was any way of going about that? Not my character name but my actual account name connected to this website lol. Thanks guys.

Contact support@grindinggear.com with your curremt PoE account name and a 2-3 character names, also provide 2-3 new account names in order of preference incase the name you desire is taken.

Hello so i emailed them, but I haven't gotten a reply yet about my account name change. It's been a while since I emailed, what should I do in order to change my account name its quite embarrassing now. I emailed them with the same email I use on here and I provided many different usernames. I emailed support@grindinggear.com Thank you
