POE2 is there a skill like Black Hole?

I'm really sorry for asking such a basic and specific question. But I've tried looking up an answer, and there are so many skills that I'm struggling to find one.

I know we don't know all the skills in PoE2, but maybe this exists in PoE1, too, because I haven't played in some time.

I wondering if there is a skill or support gem which makes projectiles pull enemies towards it. I've always enjoyed those types of skills and it is something I would like to make a build around.
