Support is working via a Queue.
Everytime you send in a new email youll be thrown back at the End of the Queue. (Current time for a real answer is about 3 weeks...) also keep in mind, oipening new (useless)threads on a daily base wont get you the help youu seem to need. Look, they probably have a tons of request to go trough before they reach your email, it will take some time but they will eventually get to your request and manage to give you an answer.
You already sent your email and asked for help in another channel directly asking for the staff while giving treat to report everyone that wasn't staff with a spam report while they simply explain how thing work but you didn't want to listen to them. Just wait... You aren't more entitle to have your request treated first before anyone else, whoever is first on the list, meaning probably someone that has waited a lot longer than you will have their request treated first. Your request will be treated when they will reach it. They are just overwhelmed with request at the moment. Spamming them won't make thing faster, posting multiple request won't make thing faster if anything you might manage to get your profile flag at one point. If it something link to money and it urgent, you should probably contact your bank and see if a refund of a payment that been done is possible, it might flag your account on POE side but that that a possibility you have. If it linked to something like your account being ban, a character deleted by accident or other thing similar linked to "playing the game", then it sadly not urgent. If it cause by an action you did or someone did on your account (Which should not happen), good luck, they usually turn down that kind of request.
