PS5/PC sub account MTX confusion

I am a bit confused about few things, I have merged my PC and PS accounts and have access to some of my PC MTX like league rewards but its only if I log onto PC sub account.
That means I cannot use simultaneously my PC non bought MTX as well as PS MTX.
Any idea how to fix it?

Also If I wanna buy EA on PS but I am able to make purchase only thru my PS sub account, therefore Ill get my points only there. But I want to use my PC earned MTX as well as new MTX from my PS sub account.

If I try to press buy points from ingame shop while I logged on my PC sub account on PS it shows error like: this item does not exist.

This is happening to me too! I just bought the $480 supporter pack via the website and its all good on my PC side with all my MTX claimed (which has my PS5 account linked together too) but when I go on my PS5 and log on to the PC characters it says the same error message the Original Poster got “this item does not exist”
I’m hoping this is fixed soon! I think it’s something to do with PlayStation not having those items yet (even though it’s the current supporter packs, which is weird)

You cannot.


For whatever reason they have to keep PS purchased content out of the PC/Xbox ecosystem and also the other way round; no polluting of the PS experience with content purchased elsewhere.

That means purchases on PSN stay there and are practically worthless compared to purchases on PC which are actual Path of Exile account purchases since they can be used on other platforms.

It's embarrassing how bad they've screwed up this PC <> PS5 situation.
