MTX Question: Simultaneously wearing the same MTX in Poe1 and Poe2

Hi,
since i couldnt find the answer to this anywhere: If i have an MTX in Poe1 thats usable in Poe2, can i have it on Characters in both games at the same time? Normally you can only have a MTX on char in Poe1, so im wondering. Does anyone know if something is said for that?
