I have no idea whether it's against POE or YouTube TOS, but you're not merely "giving a key away". You've purchase something with real monetary value and are using a chance to "win" it as a means of driving views and interactions on your YT and Twitch channels.

Ok you sir have an argument.
But here is my answer to that: I didn't purchase Early Access to get a key that i can sell. I got an Extra key after i purchased EA for myself!
And that extra key that i don't need, will go out to someone that takes the 1minute to post a comment on my track. Call it "driving views" alright, but as i stated in the initial post, no one has to subscribe to my YT-channel or like my stuff.
