Freeze lock my whole pc

fresh intall yesterday to see if the problem would go away

not sure if its windows are poe but everytime i load poe it a 50/50 it freeze lock my pc; start happening after windows update to 24h2.

It's windows 11 24h2, common issue, at least assuming you're only ever experiencing this during zone transitions.

Your options are:

- rollback to 23h2
- disable 3 core affinity in PoE so you can terminate PoE when it freezes without having to restart your PC
- disable engine multithreading when you enter a new zone, enable it again once you're in

I was having this same issue every ingle day until last week. On game launch mostly when city loading or sometimes going in to the area it just freezes entire PC and I had to restart PC.

I downloaded Dispaly Driver Uninstaller and cleared all GPU drivers via Safe Mode and installed fresh ones. Since then it stopped freezing. Game performance and frame drops still kind of bad compared to few leagues ago. And PoE is the only game that changed so much. I assume new graphic assets updated from poe 2 is the reason?

Just a guess. Seems like RTX 3080ti cant handle poe or my CPU is bottlenecking.
