[Help request] N00b trying to work out Shockwave Totem Heiro

Gday,

I've gotten to the point where every "upgrade" I try to make sends me in a loop of of just shuffling stats and making no real progress.

I've half looked at a guide, can't remember which one. Otherwise I've scoured over POI.ninja and copying builds from there best I can.

I understand it's a build often ran through Sanctum but for some reason Sanctum doesn't click the same way Delve does. Idk.

Any suggestions on changes I could make in the 10 div range would be much appreciated. I can spend some more divs but I don't have the time to go for anything too much more than what I already have.

You don't have full conversion to cold, so your passive skills, support gems and curses are less effective. Get mod on your gloves. Rest seems fine, but keep in mind that Shockwave Totems got heavily nerfed by Hatred changes and removal of Blessings. I was planning to play Shockwave this league, but numbers were to weak to consider it viable.
