Path of Exile 2 Guild Creation Information

Hello! I was wondering if any kind GGG staff would be able to share some information about how guild creation is going to work in PoE2. I know that it was said that guilds are not (currently) going to be transferring from PoE1, so it seems that everyone will have to create brand new ones. Will guild creation be allowed right away? Do players need to collect maps in order to make their guild name like in PoE1? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated; thank you!

Not really sure why this got shoved to the place where threads go to die, since this is specifically asking for information from GGG staff about Path of Exile which, as per the "Help and Information" section description, should be fine there.
