From RTX4090 to AMD Integrated Radeon Graphics?
Just having a laugh here, I removed my 4090 and rebooted on my 7800X3D integrated Radeon graphics, and now I'm down from 240fps (everything at max) to 12fps (everything at low).
Just wanted to share. Last edited by DiGG#5743 on Nov 29, 2024, 3:00:04 PM Last bumped on Nov 30, 2024, 7:11:58 PM

Seems a little low. I get over 250 in 4k with 7600X3D and RTX 4080.
Gaming PC: Win 11, 7600X3D, RTX 4080, 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30, 7000 MB/s SSD, 850W, 3840x2160p 120Hz
Streaming PC: Win 11, i5-12400, RTX 4060, 32GB DDR5-6000 CL36, 7000 MB/s SSD, 450W, 1920x1080p 60Hz |

" Low? Op just had the fun to run the game without a gpu. Your cpu on it's own wouldn't get any more fps without the support of your gpu lol. " Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.

now you can save $$ form the power bill and get some cool mxt kek

" I was talking about the 240 FPS... Jesus Christ. Gaming PC: Win 11, 7600X3D, RTX 4080, 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30, 7000 MB/s SSD, 850W, 3840x2160p 120Hz

" Think about it. it's pretty obvious that op likely did cap the fps to the refresh rate of their monitor cause there's no gain out of pushing your hardware beyond of what's actually necessary lol. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun. Last edited by Pashid#4643 on Nov 29, 2024, 6:28:55 PM

" No, it's not at all obvious and very likely false. Unless you own the hardware, don't talk like you do. No one's getting 240 FPS during gameplay, and I'm a little above that with GI turned off and Shadows at High and not Ultra. I assume it's 4k we are talking about here, because the Vega Graphics iGPU is pretty capable, just not in 4k. 12 FPS seems about what I would expect in hideout in 4k. Besides, the 7600X3D and 7800X3D are very close in performance, at 4k it's negligible and within margin of error. Gaming PC: Win 11, 7600X3D, RTX 4080, 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30, 7000 MB/s SSD, 850W, 3840x2160p 120Hz

" How comes? cause you think that your worse hardware somehow performs better than op's hardware? With capping fps being pretty damn common these days it's more than obvious that op was smart enough to do that to their setup. Sure you can blast your 4080 and 7600X3D to the max for your 250 fps hideout experience but giving your signature it really does seem like a pretty big waste to put the hardware on all the extra work while your monitor is only able to display 120fps lol " I have pretty neat hardware myself so no worries. Could also uncap my fps, go to a dead place and be like, damn your 250fps seem a bit low Sir! But it kinda feels like you use any opportunity to post your hardware wherever you can as a small lowkey flex even if it has little to no contribution to the actual topic, which in this case was about op just having a fun time running poe just with their cpu. But each on their won I guess. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun. Last edited by Pashid#4643 on Nov 29, 2024, 7:12:34 PM
