MTX Migration request help no answer

So I emailed support to request the one time courtesy of migrating my MTX from one sub account to another. I was just wondering if anyone else has done this very recently and what the turnaround time has been. Obviously, GGG are extremely busy right now. But I have gotten almost an immediate response in the past and it's been about a week now.

I have been waiting for an answer to my last question for the last four days (they have a lot of work at ATM). Unfortunately, I found that the points cannot be transferred. As a result, currently considering what I can purchase with these points.

Right. I know about the points. I'm mainly concerned about the stash tabs. Is that even a thing? Lol. If not, no big deal. I'll just buy more on the account I use now. I just didn't want to jump the gun before I found out if they could transfer.

I can assure you we are able to move purchases into a single sub-account as a one time action however, as KaindeMort#5518 mentioned, your point balance will remain on the account the Point Packs or Supporter Packs were purchased on. Additionally, we will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. |

Hi, is there any update on this request?
I also submitted an email awhile ago requesting a migration. I currently have 690 points in my Sony account, if I understand this correctly, I better off spending all of them on the Sony account ahead of the migration since the points can't be transferred? |

ive been waiting 48 days for them to finish my mtx transfer from xbox to pc gl out there stay sane exiles :)
