Friend bought kiracs vault pass but only playing in necro settlers.

I've tried to find relevant information in regards to this as this is a somewhat unique situation with the event. I would have thought due to the challenges being available in the event that kiracs pass also would have been available, it would seem it isnt, or somethings clearly gone wrong as im also not able to open the pass. Im guessing this is due to it being an event of the league rather than the league itself. Is there a possibility of getting kiracs vault added to the challenge league event league thing or bit of a womp womp migrate when u want the rewards or get a refund situation?

I have just seen myself on the same situation, I am not sure if when I migrate to settlers if I can get the vault rewards now.

In the same situation now that I played Necro Settlers after leaving PoE2 EA for now. Would be great to have this addressed. BR
