ONLY Art Book for Liberators of Wraeclast Supporter Package

Would it be possible to pay shipping and obtain ONLY the art book for those of us who purchased the Liberators of Wraeclast Supporter Package?

It would be nice if we can pick and choose which physical items we want instead of having to pick between "all or none" for the physical items.

In the previous Warlord of the Karui Support package, it's possible to opt for 660 points in lieu of the shirt and sweater.

If possible, for those of us who purchased the Liberators of Wraeclast Supporter Package, I think it would a very fair option to substitute 660 points for the sweater and shirt while having the option of paying shipping for the art book.

I would really appreciate if this can be escalated to the team.

Having already purchased the Liberators of Wraeclast Supporter Package, unfortunately I don't see an option to "upgrade." I imagine this is because this is the top tier package. I also don't see an option to opt out of the previous tier packages.

I did reach out to the GGG support email you linked in the post. I'm hoping we can achieve a mutually satisfactory conclusion. I will update the thread.

To manage expectations for anyone following this thread, I’m still waiting for assistance with my issue, which has been unresolved for almost three weeks now.

I initially emailed about this matter on November 25 and received a reply from GGG on November 26. On the same day, I promptly responded with the requested transaction ID. Since then, I haven’t received any further communication.

I completely understand and appreciate how busy things must be, but I feel that someone who spent $480 on a Liberator of Wraeclast supporter package deserves a bit of priority when the issue at hand pertains to that very package. This is a significant amount of money, and the delay for what seems like a quick 5–10 minute resolution feels unreasonably long. As a day one supporter, I was looking forward to enjoying the art book at early access launch, which makes this delay even more disappointing.

Coming up on week 4 to receive a resolution for this issue. I can't imagine how busy the team must be, however resolving this would literally take 5 minutes of dedicated time. For a supporter of the most expensive package, I think 5 minutes is not too much to ask for before the holidays.

I really hope you get a resolution soon man; I've been nervous about upgrading to the Liberator pack because their system has somehow automatically opted me out of the shirt/hoodie, but I really want that artbook if I get the Liberator pack. :/

4 weeks now and no replies or resolutions. It would literally take 5 minutes for them to give me a shipping cost and send this thing out. For a $480 package, the care shown for a loyal player is appalling and inexcusable.

This is probably the best game to release in a decade. GGG is an amazing company and they deserve the benefit of the doubt. Any other company and this would've been refunded by my credit card company 3 weeks ago.
