CTF Achievement (Before PoE2)

Same, I am also looking to complete all PoE1 achievements before starting PoE2. I tried creating 5 other accounts then group them into 2 parties of 3. However when I try to start 3v3, the notice board just shows 'PVP is unavailable'. I am confused if we are still able to complete the CTF achievement or not. If not, GGG should remove this achievement since it cannot be completed and should not count towards the total achievements for PoE1.

Found out that PVP is disabled in Necro Settlers League event and managed to complete the achievement in Standard league.
