My PS5 account is empty.

Hello,

I just opened POE (on PS5) and I noticed none of saved characters were present. I created a new character to run to town to check my stash and all the stash tabs I've purchased over the years are missing. The game is acting like it is a new account. I did merge my my Steam account with my PS account in preparation for the POE2 launch. My PS account has all my MTX so it needs to be dominant.

I know my characters still exist somewhere because the avatar of the lvl 76 character I was playing yesterday is currently visible on this webpage.

if you have sub accounts is there a drop down menu near top where your chars supposed to be maybe your just on the wrong account

I am logged in under my Sony account so this page is fine. As far as I know the PS5 will only send my Sony credentials to GGG.

Console interface doesn't have that option.

ahh sorry i thought maybe you was just on different sub account since you said you merged/linked because cause after i did i was on my xbox sub account with nothing on it until i switched it back

Yeah, I can switch back and forth on this page but the PS5 version just has a button to login with no options to change accounts.

That sucks then thought for sure it would have that same drop down menu when you're on the char select screen

Edit ( i just logged in on my xbox console and on the character select screen there was a drop down menu for my sub accounts if you haven't done that since you made that new character just sign back in and look on you character select screen should be there like in picture)

That worked! Thank you. I had deleted that other character when I made that post so I wasn't seeing that option. Apparently, characters created on PC won't show on PS5 so I thought lost everything.
