does path of exile 2 has Lockstep or Predictive mode just like poe 1?

hey guys i was wondering if path of exile 2 will have the option to choose between Lockstep or Predictive mode just like poe 1? this option was the only reason i could play poe 1 for more than 8000 hr since my internet connection is less than ideal, i really hope it does. i will appreciate it if anyone who has solid information answer me, tnx.

it will probably have both.

I just wish people would stop switching to predictive to "fix" the game...it's only hiding the problem and at some point it will get worse to the point of extreme rubber banding.
