Stash Tabs between PC and Console

With micro transactions not working across PlayStation and Pc, still a question about stash tabs. I would like to buy early access but as I travel I constantly play across both platforms.

The FAQ says we can’t use tabs on console we haven’t purchased them on and they’ll be remove only. But if you buy them on both, like 2 currency tabs 1 on PC 1 on Sony will it work and match up?

We still have no answers for this and for cross progression this is basically a non negotiable.

Is there any way to get a real answer? I will need to decide otherwise actually consider buying it on Xbox and PC instead. I’m sure I’m not the only one with this issue or concern given that cross progression has been promoted quite heavily.

Do not expect ANY mtx from PC to work on the ps5 or vies versa, sony decided to say NO to any cross platform MTX because they feel that they are loosing out on the revenue that could be generated by trying to force player to purchase again through the PS5

I’m aware of that and I’m fine with paying twice and blaming Sony. But the lack of FUNCTION of stash tabs even if purchased on both would basically be game breaking for cross progression.

If I buy “lightning arrow Celestial” cosmetic on both platforms there is no gameplay impact. I can use the cosmetic fine. If I buy currency tab on PC and buy it on PS5 it is reasonable to hope that they can marry them up, it would not violate the agreement as I would still be using Sony. It should be doable on the back end. But regardless we have no clear answer and if they’re promoting cross progression like they have then reasonably someone should be able to give us a concrete answer to this.

It feels like it’s being completely ignored which is a bad sign. Cross progression wasn’t even discussed in the reveal.

Stash tab purchases made in Path of Exile 1 will be available in Path of Exile 2, where relevant. For example, a special league-related stash tab might not be available in Path of Exile 2 as that content does not exist there.

Stash tabs become remove-only when logged into a different platform where you don't own them.

So to be clear it says” where you don’t own them” -if I own a currency tab on both… they’ll just be separate tabs? I am just trying to be certain, because I would “own” that tab on both platforms but I guess it would be considered owning 2 tabs and no way to join them up?
