Bug Reports - My profile is not visible "profile not found" RESOLVED - Forum

RESOLVED https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Laeortia#7731 This does not work. I am not set to private. I can't load my characters into PoB without it working. I tried just Laeortia without the #7731 at the end. I have set profile to private, closed browser, reopened browser, set to public, closed browser, reopened browser. No joy. Poesessid does not work in PoB either. I can view my characters through my account's direct login link. I tried all of the above in both Chrome and Safari. I had to erase all cookies the other day for another website's bug, so I thought that might be a problem until I saw another thread here with a similar issue. I am on a Mac M2 (should be obv from Safari but figured I would add this in given the in-game whisper issue with Mac's client currently) What should I do from here? Can you verify that my profile isn't bugged at all? I'm not sure what you can do on your end. This is really frustrating given that PoB is a major part of gameplay. Make sure that you have updated your POB. Your profile is not set to private, I can see it fine here on the website. 😹😹😹😹😹 I do not and will not use TFT. Oh my gosh thank you so much! There had been a new version of Mac's PoB made and I didn't know it needed updating. And thanks for the way to look at a profile with the new number reference!
