MTX POE 2 Upgraded visuals?

Have not seen it answered but may have missed it. Are the transferable MTW armor skins and skill effects getting completely new visuals or are they straight rips from POE 1?

MTX is the same. Just keep in mind that lightning alone will make it much better.
