Two Lore Problems with PoE2

Now, maybe i miss something but i have two questions:
1: How is the end game atlas thing infinite when it is supposed to be Wraeclas? 2: How is Delirium a thing if the Beast is back? So maybe i missed something but i can not see Lore reasons for those two things as is. Last bumped on Nov 25, 2024, 11:09:55 AM

1.) The Atlas of Worlds was always supposed to represent a single continuous quasi-real space you are exploring with the aid of items that guide you to specific locuses of interest, i.e. maps. While we obviously don't know the lore behind the endgame this time - and we won't until later in the beta as the Acts that set this lore up are currently unavailable - I imagine it will be broadly similar.
2.) The Beast is not back. The Beast was a literal mountain of corruption. There is a Seed, which someone is feeding to try and make a new Beast but which is currently small enough to fit in a horse-drawn wagon. I imagine it is not currently quite as powerful as once it was. |

Agreed on the second one, after i started to think about it that makes sense.
As for the first one. I do hope there is a Lore explanation for it. The Maps were perfect because they were literally infinite in Lore. |

Well for the first point I can explain it with the words of Mark in the presentation: "At the center of the Atlas there is the Ziggurat, a place where the Vaal research space and time"
Assume time travel, alternate realities, and all that quantum physics level of stuffs. |
