Convocation Gem no longer available for purchase

Hi,

My guild member can no longer buy the Convocation Gem. This is no longer offered. It is also not possible to buy it from Lilly in my Hideout. We are both already level 88 and 93 respectively and have completed all relevant quests (including A Fixture of Fate Act 3 Siosa).

What are we doing wrong or has the Gem been removed from the game since the last patch?

It's available from Siosa and Lilly Roth. It's found on the 7th tab, alongside Detonate Mines.
