Hi, any way to get a copy of the art book outside the most expensive supporter pack?

I have always appreciated that supporter packs content is exclusive to the supporter pack. Sure, I've missed a lot that I would have liked, but even still, I don't want that stuff to ever become available. Won't be fair to the people that paid. It's all non p2w stuff, so no issues there either. Just things that would be cool to have.
