Purchased early access supporter pack but only available via Steam??

I haven't played POE via Steam since 2019. I normally run it directly from its executable.

When I purchased the early access pack just now, the email message stated that early access would be enabled in my Steam library.

Is this going to be an issue come Dec 6? Or is POE2 Steam only?

It does look like it's Steam only. So does this mean the death of the non-Steam version for POE2?
