POE 2 support pack

Good afternoon i bought the 480$ support pack and i cant claim my key on your website. I am getting the following error

This key is not applicable to your account

bump, I am currently having the same issue. I activated the poe 2 key on steam but the early access keys are showing as not applicable to my account on the website.

i have the same issues after i put around 1500$ dollars total in the game anyway you can see all my supporter badge XD

I'm getting the same error. I cant tell if its because early access was automatically applied to my account as a result of past purchases or if when I bought a supporter pack for the key it is just a second key that could be used elsewhere. (ive spent well over 480 on this game but I was like... I'll just get the supporter pack just in case, lol)
