If I want to play at PlayStation 5 and PC I have to buy two supporter packs or single one?
my gameplay cases are:
1. play solo at PC
2. play local co-op with a friend at PS5
Which ones should I choose to cover these?

According to the info I've seen, cross progression will be available upon release, along with local coop with a friend on game consoles. So, you only need one supporter pack to cover both platforms you will be using.
However, I haven't heard if early access is going to be on PS5, so I would plan to start your journey on the PC.

That we need to buy 1 or 2 supporter pack for early access is my question too, also since my pc works with coal, can't do some endgame content like delirium maps on pc, so I would like to switch to PS5 whenever needed but not permanently, and since I know Sony is a jerk and won't let me use my stashes from pc I would like to move items I get to stashes in pc after doing those endgame contents via normal stashes or character inventory is it possible ? I would be glad if GGG support can confirm or deny it

Can I purchase new Supporter Packs on Consoles?
You can buy Early Access Supporter Packs on Xbox now. You can claim all microtransactions in Path of Exile 1 and you will also get access to downloading Path of Exile 2. Please note that you will not be able to launch and play that client until the game releases in Early Access on December 6th.
The Twilight Order Foil Reliquary Submission is only available for purchase in the in-game store after you have purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack.
Supporter Packs for Sony realms (PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5) will become available on December 6th PST when Path of Exile 2 launches in Early Access.
How to redeem a key?
Upon purchasing your first supporter pack that includes an Early Access key, that key will be automatically redeemed on the account the purchase was made. You don’t have to do anything else, just download the game client when it’s available and login on launch day!
If you're unsure about your status, or want to view any of your keys, this information is available under my-account/early-access.
If you have purchased a key and/or have access granted for one PC game client (Stand-alone, Steam, or Epic), but wish to play on another game client, you will be able to do so by claiming a key to unlock access to that client. These are available at my-account/early-access and can be redeemed on the relevant platform's store. Please note these keys only unlock the client in your library, they do not on their own provide early access to your account.
As an example, if you purchase a Supporter Pack through the Path of Exile website, you will be able to claim a key to unlock the client in your Steam Library.

If i got a key on email for donation in POE1 on a PC,after 6 dec i can claim my key for PS5 , right? it's gonna be so good ,Cuz i have no more Gaming PC anymore , only PS5 .

No, if your support of over 480$ was on pc the key will be only for pc
