Shop bugged??

Cannot buy supporter packs as it will not allow me to add/change payment information as it says alternative ID not allowed.

Error I am receiving, looked up on Xsolla, says its a problem on the game's side and to contact GGG (company) or potentially them to try and resolve it, but yeah it looks like there is a configuration problem to buy things right now.

Also steam page of path of exile 2 doesn't show the higher packs above 100$ and click here doesn't show more details doesn't open the page it just redirect to the steam homepage
