Same issue here - 500MB Fiber and directly connected to it via 1GB Ethernet. A 4.3GB should take roughly a few minutes at most. Currently sitting at between 0-5MB/s. A carrier pigeon would be faster.

PoE2 will change from early access to the actual launch before this patch finishes downloading.
