SRS of Enormity+Infernal legion+Tavukai life degen affected by some map mods.

HC Necro Settles , character lvl 90 using Summon raging spirit of enormity + Infernal legion + Tavukai + Minion instability. On some maps life degen of SRS lowers almost half (2,2 second to 4+ second to get to minion instability trigger zone).
Video: [Removed by Support] There you сan see SRS degen time difference: Hideout - short , then on map it loger, then on Act 2 location its short as well as on t1 map. There seems to be a bug where the map modifier "monsters gain % life as ES" affects SRS.
