Awakener's orb crashing game XBOX[1,98,63,69,617]

Whenever I'm trying to use awakener's orb my game is crashing instantly. The game freezes for a second or two and then crashes immediately. This happened twice already. Others are also facing the same issue. The item has a beast lock as well if it helps. I'm trying to craft so can we get a fix on this?

iam having the same issuse crash to xbox dashboard when i try using a awakeners orb. trief different servers (london, frankfurt) same result.
