Xbox is still without a patch to switch sub accounts

Good afternoon, after the hotfix 4, you can switch accounts on a pc, BUT there is no patch on xbox and to switch an account you need to create somewhere in the character's sub account so that you can go to the characters menu and switch accounts there when there will be a patch for xbox?
