Merging PC and Sony accounts

I understand that I wont be able to use my cosmetic MTX I have on my PC on my Sony account. Does this also include any stash tabs I've bought, because that would really suck.

Any questions like these are better left until the livestream where everything should be clarified for players regarding migrations unless there is a definite post in announcements stating just that.

I just read through the migration announcement and found this line

"Unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash."

Stash tabs are microtransactions as well so unless they clarify otherwise it looks like no

Anything not bought with real money should carry across accounts. GGG can simply flag previous challenge progress across all shared accounts and retroactively trigger the reward unlocks. I don't think Sony have any say-so in that circumstance.

Hmmm now that is an interesting case, I do wonder about that. I would think with that being a special case given out directly from GGG they could potentially duplicate the cosmetic earned during that event for both platforms.

This is just my own thought process on what they could potentially do to fix that solution

Playstation is getting the shaft. GGG is giving an unfair monetary advantage to everyone in the world and telling PSN players that they're screwed. I bought psn supporter packs so obviously I'm frustrated to find out they'll all be thrown in the trash can when poe 2 comes out. I don't own a ps anymore. As soon as I found this out I cancelled my core supporter package of 500$ immediately. I downgraded to this divine paladin pack to get my mtx for poe 2 stash tabs and stuff. I won't be purchasing supporter packs or spending on mtx ever again that's for sure.

the above is false. NOTHING from PSN will transfer to poe 2.

Can you link your source please?

The only information I've seen pertains to purchases, not in-game progression/unlocks.

They have no source, just an upset member basing things on their own viewpoint. I get the frustration, I really do. The reality is there is something that is hindering the transition on the microtransaction side between GGG and PSN.

I would lean more towards it being a Sony issue as they have not been one that co-operates well in most instances when it comes to cross platform issues. I could very well be wrong but its just my own personal take on their history

ALL mtx are not transferable, Sony disallowed it because they feel they would be loosing money and one of the biggest sellers is the tabs.
Sony look at it like, i can allow transfers of mtx (in my case 50 premium tabs and a handful of specialized tabs) and get nothing for it OR i can disallow it and try force people to buy it through my platform so i get a nice fat cut of the money spent

So when I got home and fired up my PS4 after merging my two accounts I was able to access any of the "free" MTX given out as challenge rewards, but only if I had my PC account selected first. I was NOT able to access any MTX I bought like stash tabs and such. I was also NOT able to access anything (free or otherwise) if I was playing from my Sony account which was weird.
I don't mind not having access to any cosmetics, its just the stash tabs that I really want.
