Custom autoreply tied to specific items for sale

The problem:

You have an item, let's say seven-league step boots or tabula, that you have corrupted and got an increase to the lvl req of the item. People are not noticing this and you put the item up for a cheap price due to the lvl req.

Now you have three options..
1. Try to do the trade, if they accept they request a refund, otherwise they decline when seeing the lvl req, which is a waste your and their time
2. PM them before hand to make sure they are aware of the lvl req, which is a waste your time
3. Put on autoreply telling about the lvl req. However, this method makes you autoreply people who wants to buy other items as well as friends who whispers you, which can be annoying for them as well as you


Solution:

What if you could customize auto replies tied to a specific item. Like when you right click the item and can add a note, you could also do an autoreply tied to that specific item, so whenever someone whispers on that specific item, they alone get the tied autoreply.
This would have to be a seperate function to the pricing, so that you can both have the cost of the item and the autoreply tied to it, instead of the current system where you can't have both the price and note tied to an item.

This method would also function well if you have let's say a mirror item service or something else, so you can tie the fee to the item that is up on the trade site for a mirror

Also could be useful in cases where you are selling bulk. Autoreplying people who whispers that you have X amount of this item or that you have a different bulk selling price than singular selling price etc.
The options for usefulness is endless with this method :)
