Got this msg when trying to connect steam account to just pc client account. What's the problem?

What do you mean by 'If both accounts have email addresses associated with them, you will not be able to merge the accounts'?
Of course, my Steam account is associated with my email, as is my GGG account. Is there any other possibility? :O

Getting the same error message. I have my xbox account linked and wanted to link Steam and it will not let me.

I think i didnt understand, all xbox accounts and steam need have an email associated to create it... Doenst make any sense what you said
And still making 11 days that support doenst say anything about that situation that is merging accounts
I sent prints, character names, accounts profile and still waiting for someone help me before POE 2 launchs, because when this happens the support will forget everything about it and will focus on PoE 2 problema for sure...

Atleast I'm not the only one waiting for unlink from Steam. I figure if I can't get it done by launch I'll just skip buying the EA and wait for normal release

I have this issue too. Is it because theres 2 different emails used? Steam email and the POE website email?? I just checked and my email address used for this website is the same as the email I use for steam so I'm confused as why it's saying i can't merge.

Theres an option to hide email login address but that crashes the game when clicked. I dont think that has anything to do with it.
