Unexpected cosmetic equipped after 3.25.2 migration

When logging in after the database migration today, I encountered some unexpected behavior regarding the cosmetics system. I'll provide as much detail as I can, unfortunately it's not much.

After logging in I noticed that my league character SST_on_my_bleed had a cosmetic helmet equipped that I had not equipped myself.

The character, to the best of my recollection, has not had any MTX equipped on it since creation. The cosmetic was clearly equipped and visible on the character, however the cosmetics tab itself showed no equipped cosmetics.

The equipped cosmetic was the Rot shaman helmet. In the helmet skin selection overlay it was visible as "In use" (the 'equipped' text was not visible). I can't confirm whether it actually was in use by other characters.

After choosing another helmet cosmetic and then removing the cosmetic, everything appears to function normally. After asking in chat whether anyone else had "random" cosmetics equipped, I got a positive answer from two people.

As of now, everything regarding cosmetics seems to be working as normal, I don't need any assistance with this. Just letting you know in case this symptom might hint at a potential mishap with the migration itself.

Same thing here, my helmet MTX defaults to Rot Shaman helmet instead of equipped Shackled immortal helmet. UI shows correct MTX equipped. Helmet always resets after logout/login.

Fixed the issue by logging on the character which had the MTX helmet that the character was defaulting to (Rot shaman) and unequipped it. Issue is no longer happening after this.

issue happenning again after I logged on the MTX char, equipped a helmet MTX, then logged on to original character. Seems the helmet on original char defaults to the one equipped on MTX char.

Also seeing Rot Shaman Helmet while Ghostveil Helmet is equipped, ES/Mana UI from Ghostveil Helmet isn't shown until I re-equip it.

Unequipping and equipping it fixes it until I relog.
