Chat not working

I just downloaded and logged into the ps5 client for the 3rd time. I tried it upon release but the game crashed and froze a lot So I stayed back on ps4 client.

Upon using the ps5 client today, I found it works a lot better now and doesn't crash but none of my chats are working.

I am in all the correct channels I am usually in, Its console so we basically only use global 1/ trade 2, etc


any ideas, fixes? known?
