Sanctum Lycia Tornado Beam - bugged voiceline

The second phase Lycia in Sanctum (Demon Form) has an attack called Tornado Beam.
According to the wiki it is associated with the "You...will...know...pain!" voiceline.

The problem is that she performs the attack BEFORE the voiceline which makes it impossible to dodge. This attack has autotargetting so even if you're standing behind her she will just turn around in 1 ms and start attacking you with the ability.

Sometimes even if you don't attack and just flame dash to her so the fight activates she will start bursting right away.

All the other attacks behave correctly, i. e. first she says the line and only then peforms the attack. As far as I'm aware that's the case for every boss in this game.

I lost multiple runs due to that. It feels very random and unfair.
