Regn the Settlement Accountant

I haven't checked, at least thoroughly, if there's a similar suggestion among threads so forgive me if it's already been said.

So, one of my personal problems is that having to keep switching workers to balance workload and payment. This kind of certain micro management is fun for me, to a degree, but it takes away the play time for the game. We all have 24 hours in a day, we all have duties and responsibilities we have to take care of, so having to do management three maps worth of time just to not be zeroed when you come back next day feels like trying to keep a cracked barrel full all the time; almost like a Sisyphean task.

Therefore, my suggestion: Meet Regn(pronounced "Rain") the Accountant and her snow white, very vocal, male cat Thorik!

Regn is a free agent of sorts, she isn't in the payroll but got the necessary permissions to open up a business in Wraeclast under the protection of Kalguur.
She does not ask for a wage, instead takes a cut from gold she helped you save. Something like %25 perhaps, and more you upgrade maybe percentage gets lower because the amount of gold you're spending is also going up so it's still more gold for her. She stops the payment when a job is done so you don't have to micromanage every single worker all the time and instead leave them to their designated roles for %25 of what it would cost you. No such thing as a free lunch, as they say. You trade a small amount of your earnings for peace of mind and more time to enjoy running the content you wish. You'll still have the option to manually manage everything if you want which also will save you even more gold, that way Regn will only be able to catch the things that fall from the cracks, sort of a safety net.

She is a dark blonde, green eyed woman in her mid twenties with slick back pony tailed hair and has large, thick eyeglasses. I thought her hair represents her disciplined, well put together personality. And her eyeglasses show that she had a closed off life among books, many nights under a candle light.
Of course one must be a little unhinged to leave their homeland for another continent where everything is different, and frankly where everything wants to kill you. Her odd personality is shown by her antics with her cat. Thorik loves attention, and he loves to meow back at you, he even got so good that he can match the nature of your emotion through tonality of his voice. You will catch Regn talking with her cat many times, saying stuff like "Oh, Thorik, I don't know what I would do without you, you're my best friend!" or "I'm not going to be judged by a creature that licks his own bumhole!".

What do you think? I feel like this is a good trade. This way we get what we want while paying something for it, this seems to me a balanced way. I don't want QoL to be handed down like I'm a beggar, I want to give something of value return.
