If Kalandra's Touch does gain one or more implicit modifiers, those modifiers will not apply regardless of whether it is reflecting a ring or not, as the ring mechanically cannot grant its own stats.

Implicit modifiers that grant skills may function however, though this is inconsistent and potentially bugged.

Basically, the implicit on yours does not work on a corrupted Kalandra's.
