Magmatic strikes passive still works even when overwritten with a timeless jewel

I've noticed in the Necro Settlers event that when you override certain "rotating" passives (gain x every 4 seconds) they still work even though they're supposed to be something else with a timeless jewel such as the Elegant Hubris basetype.

You can see here that with the jewel equipped I am still getting the rotating 4 second buff and the relevant stats on my character sheet, effectively allowing me to double dip on this passive. I'm uncertain if there are other situations where this applies.

There are dozens of reports already for this bug. Since it wasn't fixed this league, we'll see if it's fixed in 3.26.
