Enable Regex-Based Filtering for Premium Stash Tabs

I often use regex to filter maps and craft items, and I realized this could be helpful for more people with premium stash tabs. Whenever a stash is renamed with a regex, it should apply that regex to the entire stash.

And increase the character limit for regex text in stash tab titles.

They should make that a new shop item and charge for it.
