State of communications

Hello, this is not supposed to be a hate tread, but the desperate request of someone that loved this game and is really worry about the degree of poor communication we are seeing in the last 4+ month.
Chriss gone, Bex gone, we are recieving informations only from "Official press", and no human answer from the Devs/Community support.
There is no shame in admiting some failure, it's human, but at least that give us the impression that someone is listening to us and tring to fix the situation.
Silence only give us the impression that things are going in the wrong directions, and that we are completly igniored.
We are supposed to be your costumers, the people that would like to play your game, and eventually invest money in it.
We were promiss "Better and more clear" communications, and istead, its months that we see the Community support coming out only to delete hate post.
I would really appreciate to see some GGG tagged post, even only to say "you are not left alone".

Blame this community lol.
Anytime Chris/Bex or anyone tried to directly communicate with us, they just got bombarded with death threats and S.A in terms of Bex as well. Even for the most minor/minute of things.
