Game trying to download all content

I am just trying to log in and i am getting the 40g download starting WTF ggg! What can I do I have the content file. This is seriously not ok after all the letdown recently

Fixed just did a full reinstall from a back up HD... seriously I thought POE2 would not take from POE1 but this looks pretty obvious with 2 leagues in a year not a happy supporter
