global and trade chat messages [1713896233]

Few hours ago I started the game and I was able to see both chat channels messages. But then there was an issue going on with my controller so, I switched to a different controller and that too had an issue where the game sound wasn't there for some reason. I tried to close the game and relaunched it. Then I saw there was a message on the screen where the channels appear. Chats are disabled due to account restrictions. And both global and trade were greyed out. Then I was trying to fix my controller and even updated Xbox. After sometime I logged in again and now the channels are not greyed out. I don't see the chats disabled message either. But I don't see messages from trade or global as well. Is my account restricted? I don't see anything in my profile on the website. The only thing that happened was controller acting up and x button pressing itself automatically spamming skills probably 10 times and then I hit button to bring up the menu to stop it. Not sure what has happened here.
