Please help issue with map device

Using Xbox,one of my seasonal characters that transfer to standard having a weird bug. My 5th device slot has a veiled scrab located in middle slot preventing me from mapping with this particular character tried removing with stick and pad no matter what i cannot select that box,any advice how to fix this issue id be happy.
