correct text on mouse-over "Elemental Weakness"

The debuff marker for elemental weakness (when, for example, a map modifier applies this curse to you) reads "you take more elemental damage".

This is incorrect.

It should simply read: "Your elemental resistances have been lowered".

Lowered resistances means you take more damage.
GGG is just one step ahead of you.

Lowered resistances means you take more elemental damage if an only if your uncapped resistances are lowered above a capped threshhold.
The wording of the current text is misleading.
